I feel so small, weak and vulnerable lately, as though I’m crumbling at the foundations. I feel like I need to drop my guard because it’s making me feel fucking trapped, but then doing that feels like my soul is being flayed alive. Everything’s catching up with me, and it won’t be pretty.
